Bianco Grechetto · Procanico · MalvasiaBright and mineral, with a whisper of almond and white flowers — everyday elegance, quietly awarded.
Buy at the enotecaA single hillside at Bardano. A cellar cut into volcanic rock. Two wines, grown and made by the same hands, and poured on the cathedral square.
Enoteca al Duomo sits right on Piazza del Duomo, opposite the cathedral. Emiliano and Ilaria pour a deep list of Umbrian and Italian wines and serve local plates — truffle, cured meats, cheeses, handmade pasta — at the counter and at tables out on the square.
Come for an aperitivo, a long lunch or an evening glass — and take a bottle of Urbs Vetus home.
Emiliano tends a parcel of vines at Bardano and vinifies in the cellars of Cantine Neri, then pours the wine with Ilaria at their enoteca facing the Duomo.
The Rosso is made in collaboration with Enrico Neri — the same volcanic hills, four hands.
